Experienced staff who are very knowledgeable. Brought in an expensive gaming pc that wouldn't display any output as id damaged the motherboard. The staff were able to fix this and provide me with updates on how it was coming along. Would definitely come back here again if I had any problems. Staff are super friendly.

I had a great experience here when purchasing a refurbished laptop. The shop is welcoming and the staff are not only knowledgeable and friendly but they are also able to explain highly technical information in a way that I (non technically minded) understood. A well deserved 5 stars 🙂

I wanna share my experience with Smart Fix . first of all ,I have repaired my laptop two time in Edinburgh most of them not good quality and more expensive but I have not seen like Smart Fix cheaper and good quality and give you plenty time (guaranty )to check if get trouble you you can return it . Second thank you of my heart to smart guy Daryl to fix my laptop I advise all people to work with (smart fix )really they deserve the compliment😘😘😘😘😘
